    Aeon's mission is to create and sustain quality affordable homes that strengthen lives and communities. Since 1986, Aeon has built, purchased or renovated 5,580 apartments and townhomes. These homes provide stability to nearly 15,000 people each year.

    Santiago joined Aeon in June 2019. Prior to joining Aeon, he was the Executive Vice President & Director of Regulatory Compliance for The Eagle Point Management in the Washington, D.C. area. Santiago has his M.A. in Intercultural Communications and his MBA from the University of Maryland.
